Alright I'm just going to get into it. First of all, a HUGE shout out to my boy back home Gino Pisellini and The Sin Bin Hockey Shop! Check out the link for all your hockey needs! Alright plug done. Gino has been my friend for a long time. We grew up in Chicago playing hockey against each other, and reunited after he finished his pro hockey career and moved back to Chicago. He was coaching at CYA where I was also coaching and we became friends.
Long story short he built a very successful hockey pro shop business, and now he's positioned to start helping the kids here in Korea! I mentioned on Facebook that there were a lot of kids here that wanted to play hockey but that they didn't have any equipment. Big Gino to the rescue! He messaged me on FB and we talked about the situation, and he offered to donate equipment to the kids! I'm blown away by his generosity and I wanted to give him a major shout out for that.
I talked to some of the families at the church and there are roughly 18 elementary school children, and 30 middle school children who want to play hockey. That's enough to start a club with. They'd also like me to start coaching them. I'm really excited for this opportunity. I honestly don't even know if I'll have the time at this point. I'm pulled in so many directions right now, but I know God will make it clear what I should be doing.
My relationship with Him really has been exploding since I've been here. I feel very close to him, and that he is involved in my life everyday. I really never want this to end. I'm also doing my best to stay grounded through all this. I'm just so unbelievably blessed.
In other news, I'm trying to figure out what I should do going forward with a few things. The first one being living in the dorms versus a one room (studio apartment) for the summer vacation here. The one room option is definitely more attractive since it gives more freedom, however I'm not sure if any landlord will rent one out for only 2 months.
The other decision I need to make is whether or not to continue with my Korean classes after the second level, or to start working. I need to get my international drivers license, as well as change my visa to a working visa, but there is a job possibility working part time as an English teacher at a local catholic high school. In my estimation, once I'm finished with level 2, I'll have enough of a grasp on Korean that I will be able to just learn more vocabulary from speaking and hearing Korean in every day life. That way I can free up time to teach. (The two options conflict). I'm not really looking to be able to write graduate level papers in Korean, I just want to be fluent enough to converse with Koreans easily. I'm not sure what I'll end up deciding with this, but I'm leaning towards starting teaching in September.
Sunday was basically spent at church. As always it's great to go and get refilled with God's love before you go back out into the world each week and pour yourself out. I'm learning more and more how to do this. As I mentioned before I have so much love to give, and I want to continue to improve my giving.
After church Heavy G and I talked about where we wanted to go for dinner. We were back earlier than usual, and we had been thinking about 고기 (Go Gi) meat all day! He found a local all you can eat buffet for $10! This place was awesome! You literally go up with a plate and get any meat you want, bring it back to your table and cook it on your own grill. All in all we ate 5 plates worth of red meat. Here are some pics.

Korean Word/Phrase of the Day: 면 (Myun) When you put this after an adjective/verb it means if/when. For example 가면 (Ga Myun) means if/when you go. The rest is subjective to the sentence context.
TL:DR I'm in Korea.
